The Quboolia website and mobile applications (the "Service") are owned and operated by GENX GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 on 30 August 2024, Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U70200UP2024PTC208654, with its registered office in Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Quboolia you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

To provide a verified, marriage-focused matching service, we collect:

Account information — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number used to create and secure your account.
Profile information — age/date of birth, gender, city/country, community, religious practice, profession, education, and preferences you provide for matchmaking.
Photos & verification — profile photos and, if you choose to verify, a selfie and/or government ID used solely to confirm identity and award a verified badge.
Location — approximate or precise location (only with your permission) to show nearby matches, accurate prayer times, and nearby mosques.
Messages — content you send to other members through in-app chat.
Device & usage data — basic technical data (device type, app version, log data) to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

To create your account and provide matchmaking features.
To verify identity and reduce fake or fraudulent profiles.
To show relevant, marriage-minded matches and enable communication between members.
To provide Deen features (prayer times, Quran, mosque finder).
To keep the community safe and to enforce our terms.
To communicate with you about your account and important updates.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your information based on your consent (which you may withdraw), to perform our service to you, and to comply with legal obligations. Sensitive information (such as religious practice) is provided voluntarily by you for the express purpose of matchmaking.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Limited sharing occurs only to run the Service:

Other members — your profile information (as you choose to display it) is visible to other members to enable matching.
Service providers — trusted vendors that host our servers, send verification codes/emails, and process payments, bound by confidentiality and permitted to use data only to provide those services.
Legal — where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Quboolia and its members.

5. Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention & deletion

We retain your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from within the app (Account → Settings) or by emailing us at the address below. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Access, correct, or update your information.
Request deletion of your account and data.
Withdraw consent for optional data (e.g. location, photos).
Control app permissions from your device settings at any time.

8. Children

Quboolia is intended only for adults aged 18 and over seeking marriage. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

9. International users

Quboolia serves members worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure your data is treated consistently with this policy wherever it is processed.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on our website, with an updated "Last updated" date.
