Quboolia — Muslim Marriage & Matrimony · Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) · Last updated: 12 July 2026
Quboolia is owned and operated by GENX GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U70200UP2024PTC208654). Quboolia is a matrimony service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over who are seeking marriage. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, and we are committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting it.
Quboolia is strictly an 18+ platform. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use the Service under any circumstances.
1. Our commitment
We prohibit, and act against, any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits children. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, enticement, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to use the Service to harm a minor. Our standards align with the requirements of Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
2. Preventing access by minors
Users must confirm they are 18 or older to register. Our terms restrict the Service to adults seeking marriage.
Every published profile is verified (identity and, optionally, government ID and a selfie), which helps us detect and remove underage or fraudulent accounts.
If we determine that a user is under 18, we remove the account and delete associated data.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
Grooming, solicitation, or sexualisation of a minor.
Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material.
Any attempt to contact, meet, or exploit a minor through the Service.
4. Detection, reporting & removal
In-app reporting — every profile and chat has a Report and Block control. Reports are reviewed by our team, and violating accounts are removed.
Rapid action — credible CSAE reports are treated as the highest priority. We remove the content/account and preserve relevant information as required by law.
Reporting to authorities — we report apparent CSAM to the relevant national authorities and hotlines, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
We comply with child-safety laws in the regions we serve, including India's applicable laws (e.g. the POCSO Act and IT Rules) and equivalent laws elsewhere.
5. Designated point of contact
We maintain a designated point of contact who is able to speak to our CSAE prevention practices and compliance. Concerns about child safety can be raised at any time:
If you encounter any content or behaviour that may involve a child, please: (1) use the in-app Report button on the profile or chat, and (2) email contact@quboolia.com with details. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
